MODEL BOST SPECIFICATION
STRAIGHT LINE GRAVITY TYPE LIQUID FILLING MACHINES
Model BOST Straight Line, Gravity Type, Liquid Filling Machines are typically equipped
with stainless steel or PVC filling valves having bottom shut-off and micrometer screw
adjustment to assure uniform and accurate filling levels in all containers.
A ground and polished stainless steel (or PVC) gravity tank is mounted on top of the
machine. The tank includes a liquid level control and is supplied with a loose removable
cover.
Pressure/gravity models include a manifold system with product pump, in place of the
gravity tank.
The BOST may include a stainless steel slide track or powered table top chain conveyor
with adjustable guide rails of stainless steel and polyethylene, and manually operated or
automatic indexing gate(s) for quick, accurate positioning of containers under the filling
valves.
The machine is built on a durable base and is pneumatically operated with compressed air.
A Hand Actuated Air Valve or Time Controlled (pneumatic) PushButton Actuator lowers and
raises the filling nozzles on the semi-automatic models. A PLC Controller provides the
control functions on the fully automatic models.
Connecting tubings are typically transparent polyvinyl PVC plastic or other material
suitable for the application. Liquid contact parts are typically manufactured from
stainless steel, PVC or other materials suitable to the application. Explosion proof
models available.

MODEL CM SERIES SPECIFICATION
STRAIGHT LINE, VACUUM TYPE LIQUID FILLING MACHINES
CM Series Straight Line, Vacuum Type, Liquid Fillers are floor model machines equipped
with stainless steel filling valves. Filling valves have micrometer screw adjustment to
assure uniform and accurate filling levels in all containers.
CM machines typically include a stainless steel supply/overflow tank with a built-in
stainless steel float switch system for liquid level control. An automatic overflow return
feature is available for most machines.
Machines may also include a table top chain conveyor (electric motor or air driven) or
stainless steel slide track with adjustable guide rails, and automatic or manually
operated indexing gates for quick, accurate positioning of containers under the filling
valves.
Vacuum system includes a heavy duty rotary type vacuum pump with direct drive motor,
vacuum gauge, vacuum relief and regulating valve, and all tubing connections.
Machines are built on a durable base and are pneumatically operated by a Hand Actuated Air
Valve, Time Controlled Push Button Actuator, or PLC Control.
Supply and overflow tubings are generally transparent polyvinyl (PVC) plastic. Liquid
contact (metal) parts are typically stainless steel or manufactured from other materials

MODEL LPGT SPECIFICATION
BENCH TOP GRAVITY TYPE LIQUID FILLING MACHINE
Model LPGT is a Bench Top, Gravity Type, Liquid Filler typically equipped with stainless
steel (or PVC ) filling valves. Filling valves have bottom shut-off and micrometer screw
adjustment to assure uniform and accurate filling levels in all containers.
A ground and polished stainless steel (or PVC) gravity tank with built-in float switch to
control liquid level, is mounted on top of the machine. Tank includes loose, removable
cover.
The top of the machine base, under the filling valves, is covered with highly polished
stainless steel (or PVC) for ease of sliding containers. Machine is equipped with 32"
long adjustable guide rails and stop gate for quick, accurate positioning of containers
under the filling valves. Machine hand lever operates with a lock down device freeing up
the operator during the filling cycle.
Connecting tubings are made of transparent polyvinyl (PVC) plastic or other suitable
material. All liquid contact parts (metal) are manufactured from Type 304 stainless steel,
PVC or other materials suitable for the application. Explosion proof models available.

MODEL LPV-6 SPECIFICATION
BENCH TOP VACUUM TYPE LIQUID FILLING MACHINES
PERL Model LPV-6 Bench Top Straight Line, Vacuum Type, Liquid Fillers have (6)
interchangeable stainless steel vacuum type filling valves with micrometer screw
adjustment to assure uniform and accurate filling levels in all containers.
Machine includes a heavy duty rotary type vacuum pump, direct drive electric motor, vacuum
gauge, vacuum relief and regulating valve, and all necessary connections.
Base plate of the machine is covered with highly polished stainless steel for easy sliding
of containers. Machine is equipped with adjustable stainless steel angle type guide rails
and stop gate for quick, accurate positioning of containers under the filling valves.
Machine is hand lever operated and is equipped with LOCK-DOWN DEVICE so operator does not
have to hold hand lever in depressed position during the filling cycle.
A semi-automatic overflow arrangement, including five gallon glass overflow collector,
stainless steel vacuum manifold and stainless steel overflow collector nozzle, is
provided.
Connecting tubings are typically transparent, flexible, odorless, polyvinyl (PVC) plastic
or other material suitable for the particular application. Liquid contact parts are glass,

MODEL TFC-2 SPECIFICATION
BENCH TOP VACUUM FILLER
Model TFC-2 portable bench top vacuum filler with base plate, equipped with (2)
interchangeable stainless steel vacuum filling valves having micrometer screw adjustment
to assure uniform and accurate filling levels in all containers.
Mounted on the same base will be a heavy duty rotary type vacuum pump with direct drive
TEFC electric motor. System includes one-gallon glass overflow collector, stainless steel
overflow/vacuum connector, vacuum gauge, vacuum relief and regulating valve (for easy and
accurate setting of vacuum), and all necessary connections.
Connecting tubings are transparent, flexible, odorless, tasteless, polyvinyl plastic
(PVC). All metal contact parts are Type 304 stainless steel. Explosion proof models
available.
TFC-2 is electrically operated (electric motor/vacuum pump)

PERL AIRCAP SPECIFICATION
PORTABLE HAND-HELD PNEUMATIC CAP TIGHTENER
The PERL AIRCAP is a portable hand-held, pneumatically operated cap tightener. AIRCAP
tightens screw or lug-type caps ranging in size from 15 mm to 130 mm in diameter depending
on chuck size. The AIRCAP is easy to operate and because it weighs less than 2 lbs an
operator should experience very little fatigue even after hours of use. There are no
clutches to fail or flexible shafts to wear out. Unit includes choice of chuck/liner, 15
ft coiled air tubing and adjustable flow control valve. All that is required is an air
supply and your ready to cap.
The AIRCAP represents an ideal cost saving opportunity for your capping department. The
AIRCAP can handle most capping requirements for small to medium size companies and can be
useful in larger operations to handle modest capping requirements. The PERL AIRCAP can
also serve as a stand-by unit in the event of an automatic stationary capper failure. Unit
comes complete with one size standard chuck and liner.

PERL PLASTIC BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER SPECIFICATION MODEL PMBF
ROTARY ORIENTER FEEDER
PERL Model PMBF Adjustable Rotary Orienter-Bottle Feeder unscrambles, feeds and places
plastic bottles onto an existing take-away conveyor. Bottles are dribble fed into the
rotating bowl of the Orienter-Feeder. Bottles are then directed via a top belt mechanism
into a set of padded parallel side belts where they are oriented (within the belts) by a
hook and bump system. Bottles, in an "upright" position, transfer into a second
set of parallel side discharge belts which places them onto the existing conveyor.
The standard rotating disk is manufactured from phenolic which is sanitized according to
GMP. All other contact parts are manufactured from stainless steel, anodized aluminum and
HDPE. Frame construction is all stainless steel.
System includes a rotary feeder bowl with orienting system. NEMA-12 electrical enclosure
includes main power switch with pilot light. Machine circuitry includes internal fuse
protection or circuit breakers. Variable speed DC drives with SCR controls. Photo-eyes for
full automatic operation.
MODEL PMHE SPECIFICATION
BULK SUPPLY HOPPER-ELEVATOR
PERL Model PMHE Bulk Supply-Hopper Elevators are constructed from stainless steel,
anodized aluminum and HDPE. Elevator widths range from 6" to 36". The elevator
belting and cleats are typically manufactured from FDA approved molded white rubber.
Hopper capacities ranging from 5 cu ft through 40 cu ft are available. Hopper-Elevator
components coming in direct contact with parts, caps, or containers are manufactured from
stainless steel or HDPE.
Unit includes an electrical enclosure rated at NEMA-12 with main power switch and pilot
light. A 1/4 HP, 90V DC variable speed drive with SCR Control operates on 115V/1PH/60HZ.
Machine circuitry provided with internal fuse protection or circuit breakers.
All hopper bins include a clean-out trap door for easy removal of remaining items at end
of run. Discharge height will vary depending on model. Standard discharge heights range
from 37" and 87".
