The Perl Aircap is a pneumatically operated hand-held portable cap tightener for securing screw or lug-type caps in diameters of 15mm and up. This is the most efficient, simplest to operate hand-held capper on the market today. Because it weighs less than 2 lbs., an operator should experience little fatique even after hours of use. Unlike electrically-operated hand cappers, the Aircap is truly portable. All you need is an air hook-up and your ready to cap. Since there are no clutches to worry about or flexible shafts to wear out, the Air cap is an important breakthrough in the capping industry. The Aircap can handle most capping requirements for small to medium production runs. The Aircap is also useful as a stand-by unit in the event of stationary capper failure.

Automatic Straight Line Capping Machines

Automatic straight line adjustable screw capper Models PMCB-103 (six spindle) and PMCB-103 (eight spindle), or snap capper Model PMSCF-200 handle a wide range of caps at speeds up to 180 BPM, depending on cap size and style. Machines, complete with floor stand and automatic cap supply hopper, are mounted beside and optional Perl PMC Stand-Alone Capper Conveyor (or an existing conveyor). Containers moving continuously are securely held by variable speed side gripper belts (no timing of containers is required). Multiple set of adjustable rollers assure positive tightening of screw caps on each container. Changeover between cap sizes is easy, fast and efficient. Adjustments in container height are quickly accommodated via push button and gearmotor drive.
